Location was great.
No Tea/Coffee provided in the room. The reception staff during late nights are not properly attired for a hotel. Phones were not working. For the wake up call, they had to come and tap at the door. The lift is quite small and it takes a long time to come, quicker to use the stairs.

Location is the best and as my family is vegetarian the food is not a problem.
No place to keep luggage after check out. Reception is too crowded especially at check out time.

The hotel is located at a strategic location
The front desk staff are not courteous in delivery service, no greeting to quest/customer and most of them look very serious without smiling. Upon check out, no immediate response when called for concierge service. The call was only picked up after I've made six calls (3 calls to the operator & 3 calls to the reception counter). Another frustration was when I was informed that the lift was not functioning & nobody is available to carry my luggage downstairs to the reception counter. My husband and my son have to make 3 trips up & down the staircase to the 6 floor to carry the luggage downstairs. This is the worse experience I even encounter throughtout my stair in the hotel. Palace Hotel should update their website as it is clearly mentioned in the website that breakfast was included but in actual fact it is not included.

The location was the only good thing about this Hotel.
Our Hotel room had a strong mouldy smell. You could literally see the mould on the carpet. We couldn't sleep the whole night because the smell of mould was so strong. The furniture was really old, the bathroom was dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

This hotel is with excellent location for shopping, vegeterian foods, convenient for MRT/LRT transportation and value for money etc.,
I booked for twin bed room but hotel could not provide me first day for twin bed stating no advance request (from internet, i have clearly opted to chose for twin bed room only) and was forced to stay, however next day, i could get twin bed room after long discussion and request.

The availability of someone to answer questions.
It looks to me there is, sometimes, misunderstanding only because of language barrier.

Its nearby to to LRT station and closer to food outlet
Check in time should be by 12 noon and consider late check out for those catching late flight home
